The apartment is perfect - it offers all conditions for a very pleasant stay. The beds are very confortable, the bathroom is wonderful and there is underfloor heating. When we will return to Ciampino, definitely we will choose again this location.

We had everything we needed for our short stay in this nice, cozy apartment. The staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area close to Ciampino airport. It can be reached quickly by car (at night taxis usually charge the fixed tariff).

It was a great vacation. Comfortable apartment. Everything is provided. The balcony is especially beautiful. Perfect cleanliness and pleasant smell. It is a quiet area. The new one is a big store. Great place to stay. Spacious, clean and very convenient. The apartment had everything you need. Big plus for delicious breakfast available at any time. Friendly and helpful host, drove us to the airport at 4:30 am. Big recommend from me! :)

    Perfectly located just two minutes from the Ciampino railway station, the villa with private rooms was very clean and comfortable. My room had a spacious bathroom and everything I needed for a my stay. The breakfast provided in the kitchen was very basic. Overall, it was a nice experience.

    It is a very nice villa, super clean room, Location is ideal, quiet and surrounded by nature. Self check-in was smooth and very functional. I loved the style and the color scheme of the room. It is a pity that we booked just because we had an early fly, departing form Ciampino airport, I would have liked to spend more time at the villa. The lady at the reception was really helpful.

    It is very close to the airport and away from the busy streets. It is peaceful and to a person who loves swimming, this is a villa with a pool. Clean property and well maintained garden.

    Wonderful villa turned into a Bed and Breakfast. Well maintained lawn and pool. Enclosed veranda for taking in breakfast. Rooms were good size. Clean and comfortable. Bed mattress comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, offered a good selection of food and beverage items. Service friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.
