We had the pleasure of staying for four nights, and from the moment we arrived, Francesca and her husband welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. They offered thoughtful recommendations for restaurants, wineries, and nearby towns in the Chianti area. Thanks to their guidance, we discovered some real gems that we might have otherwise missed. Each morning also began with a delicious breakfast, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable day. The property itself is beautifully maintained—immaculately clean, with charming and comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The pool area was a peaceful haven, perfect for unwinding in between exploring the region. Whether you're looking for a base to explore Tuscany or simply a serene escape, Casale La Gora is a wonderful choice.

Beautiful area, great people who work there and the view + swimming pool were amazing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. There is a restaurant close by and several wineries which was super handy. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was top notch!

Really charming beautiful room in a gorgeous property. We couldn't stay for breakfast but the setting was beautiful and the offering was huge with croissants, yoghurt fruit and much more. We managed to get a takeaway bag with some goodies including grapes from their own vines. Barbara was wonderful, clearly communicated via WhatsApp and saved us when we were stuck trying to get back to Greve from the next town late at night. Thankyou so much! We would definitely stay again, next time for more than 1 night!

My wife and I stayed at Castellinuzza for two days and were extremely satisfied. The location is beautiful, set in the stunning Chianti region near the town of Grave in Chianti, and it offers a wonderful atmosphere amidst the vineyards. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and the surrounding environment was absolutely pristine. The breakfast was exceptional – varied, delicious, and prepared with great attention to detail. One of the most memorable experiences was the wine tasting. Beatrice conducted the presentation with utmost professionalism and introduced us to the richness of the local wines. Our entire stay was very pleasant, and we would definitely recommend Castellinuzza to anyone seeking a peaceful and authentic experience in the heart of Tuscany.

    We loved everything. Mario and his mom's hospitality, the little village, the house, the view. Really, it was exactly what we wanted from a Tuscany holiday, and we have nothing to complain about. We were also able to use a pool nearby (based on availability). That was also great in between our daytrips. Internet is super strong and there is both washing machine and dishwasher.

    Despite the bad weather, Villa il Castellacio provided us with amazing vacation. The location of the villa was great to drive around the Tuscany. The apartment/house itself was well equipped with everything we might need, we felt very comfortable with plenty of space. Leonardo was a very helpful and kind host. There is a small town Greve 15 minute drive from the villa where you can find plenty of restaurants and a supermarket.
