Beautiful room, extremely clean and tidy, with everything one would need. Erik, the host, was really kind and welcoming with us. He made our stay pleasant and comfortable. We had a special request and he didn’t hesitate to help us, offering everything we needed. We would return again and we definitely would recommend Erik’s place!

The room is perfect! Very clean, very aired, the bathroom is very good, you have a well equipped kitchen. I stayed one night only but I was very surprised and I think the for long stay it would also be perfect, and there is also a parking. Ah, and very good breakfast too!

Apartment is very nice,modern,new, spacious and very well equipped .We appreciate a lot that there was some coffee, milk,mineral water,juice and also some sweet bakery for the breakfast (what is not common at all).The owner was so nice,he accepted our late arrival and he came to meet us personally.The location of apartment and the neighborhood is very good and safe,it is quiet close to the centre of Parma.We strongly recommend it to everybody and we would be happy to come here again .
