The hosts were very warm, helpful and friendly! You immediately feel very welcome! My single room was very clean and had everything I needed. It was larger and more spacious than expected due to the height of the room and you feel very comfortable even if you are staying for several days. The breakfast was fantastic and as the bar opens very early, there are no fixed breakfast times, so you can start the day flexibly at any time.

We had half of the house at our disposal, which is located on a hill. With a beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment is very large and well equipped. Big bed and very comfortable. Peace and quiet in the area. Andrea, the owner has always been friendly and helpful. We have very nice memories of our stay and recommend it.

It was a perfect place to stay especially when you like relaxing and quite places in the middle of nature. The hosts were very hospitable and tried to fulfill every our request. It felt like you stay in your family's house but not in the hotel. It is definitely recommended both for travelers with and without kids. I forgot my smart watch and we called to the hotel and the hosts found it and proposed to send via post.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. The organization was seamless, the house boasted stunning views, and the hospitality was exceptional. We stayed for 4 nights in August and the location and conditions were excellent! Very friendly and helpful host! If you have a car is well placed for travel both to the mountains or the sea! The village and the towns nearby offer an authentic Italian atmosphere. Extensive shopping is available in the North part of Udine, a few minutes driving away!

We stayed overnight in Francesca's house on our way back from our holiday in Tuscany. The house is spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, we felt like at home. We were surrounded by a huge garden full of exotic bamboos and mature trees and two friendly dogs, Theodora and Leopold, who kept us company at the terrace. As a bonus, right next door was an excellent restaurant with great seafood and homemade desserts. We would love to come back!

This accommodation was absolutely amazing. Perfectly clean and very tastefully furnished. We would happily stay longer if we could. There was even a good selection of coffee and tea and the fridge was almost full. We could park the car in the garden. The owners were very nice and friendly. It absolutely exceeded the expectations and I would give 20 points if I could :-)
