Well located, very central location. No need for a car to get to most attractions/places to visit in the city (15 minute bus to Poetto beach, amazing clear, blue water). Very spacious, clean room with large Smart TV and bathroom. Wonderful, strong shower (we didn´t get to using the jacuzzi bath in the room). Lovely, freshly made breakfast (made to order, prepared by the host himself and delivered to your door at your chosen time each morning). Speaking of the host, best host you can have in Sardinia! Provided full check-in procedure and instructions before our arrival. Suggested places to visit, eat and how to get there. The host, Gabrielle, very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable (years of experience in the business shows). Highly recommended and the place to stay in Cagliari!!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Andrea, the host, made us feel incredibly welcome. His attention to detail and constant care, offering a variety of food, drinks, and snacks, ensured we were comfortable and well-fed throughout our stay. One aspect that must be highlighted is the sheer beauty of this place, which the pictures simply don't do justice. The elegant décor, cozy ambience, and pristine surroundings combine to create an experience that is both luxurious and homely. The location is nothing short of spectacular – you are quite literally living on the beach. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and the tranquil views of the sea was a daily delight. This idyllic setting, coupled with the B&B's charm, makes it a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This delightful haven in Cagliari has now become our new favorite place, and we are eagerly anticipating our return. Our heartfelt thanks to Andrea for making our stay not just a trip but a memorable experience. His warmth and exceptional hospitality have left a lasting impression on us. See you soon!

Exquisite Italian design with a priority on comfort. The hosts clearly have made this listing a labor of love. The rooms are bright, spotless, and spacious. The garden is Mediterranean horticulture in abundance, designed and planted by the owner, and there are beach clubs right across the street on the most famous beach in Sardinia. Kalista is a modern, clean and nicely decorated property. They offer a self check in service which was very easy for us. The hotel doesn’t have a reception but the owner was easily contactable and very accommodating to all our needs. There is a bus stop right in front of the property and is located within easy walking distance to all the tourist sights and restaurants in Cagliari.

    Great place with home & family atmosphere. Very kind and helpful personnel. Friendly owner, who is always keen to help and arrange facilities, only fantastic food and place recommendations from him - follow his advices! Tasty coffee and freshly baked croissants is something that you will need to start a perfect day in this old-fashioned Italian villa.
