Sig.ra Cinzia's hospitality is something you need to experience. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped: AC, little fridge, plenty of space for storing things, even a little drying rack for wet clothes from the beach. Very practical! The breakfast was absolutely delicious: you can get an egg, avocado, cheese etc. or you can eat traditional sweet breakfast with great coffee. I also liked that the property had only two guestrooms, so it almost felt like you were staying at a friend.

We stayed there for a week, and it was a really nice place. The room was nice, and it had aircondition which was great. It also had a mini frigde with water, which was much needed in the heat. The hosts were super nice, and very helpful. The location was great too, it took only a couple of minutes to walk to the center of selargius, and there was a lot of restaurants in the area.

Such an exceptionally comfortable accommodation in the suburbs of Selargius. Very close to the most needed facilities such as a pharmacy ( 20 stapes from the property), Macdonald ( around 5 min on foot walkable), across the road and on the side ( cafes, restaurants, mini-markets ), and if You Wouk like to buy something more there are a few budget supermarkets just 5-19 min away from the property. Two nearest bus stops where are n1 will take You to the center of Selargius & Cagliari and PQ ( the nearest stop ) will drive You to the Poetto beach. Super clean & comfortable room with a balcony with a bit of the sea view. Snacks & coffee were included in the price. Wi-Fi & TV, spacious bath. Comfortable bad. Friendly host.

    Big, clean, spacious rooms with modern design and amenities. Very comfy beds. The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

    I really enjoyed my stay at this villa, it exceeds my expectation, all was so lovely. The location was good, in a quiet neighborhood ,next to express roads, with a big supermarket about 200 meters from location, the room was so clean, smells so fresh, all the things was brand new, I really enjoyed my interactin with Anna, she gave me very good information about all that I ask for . So everything was so great .

    This was my second time at Villa il Vento e il Mare and I feel like home when staying at this property. Nadia and her daughter Michaela are very nice and welcoming people. The room was comfortable and quiet. There is the possibility to use the kitchen to make coffee (provided) for breakfast and also relax in the lovely garden. The little dogs Greta and Gary are adorable and playful! I will return again! : )
