This residence is exceptional. From arrival to departure all the staff were friendly willing to help and flexible. My partner and I enjoy an early coffee at our home and looked forward to something not Nescafe. Spoke to the kitchen guys, "no problem", 6am? No problem. Freshly brewed while I watched chopping of onions and grinding of fresh coconut. Nothing was a problem! Meals, hot, fresh tasty, varied. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Nice pool liked by the children. Pretty garden. Second time in Sri Lanka and I guess I won't make it again in this life. Hopefully my children and their children will return to stay with the Surveyor's crew.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical! Perched atop a stunning hill surrounded by a lush forest, the hotel offered breathtaking views in every direction. Our room had windows on three sides, allowing us to witness the mesmerizing dance of the clouds right beside us—it felt like living in a dream. What made our experience even more special was the hotel's exceptional management. The owner, a distinguished aerospace engineer, took care of us like a caring brother, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly polite, energetic, and kind, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Beyond the spectacular scenery and outstanding hospitality, we created some of the most beautiful family memories here. The tranquil atmosphere, combined with the warmth of the people, made this a truly unforgettable getaway. If you're looking for a place that offers both natural beauty and heartfelt hospitality, this hotel is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

First off if you think that for 8$ you're going to be staying at the Ritz then maybe you will be disappointed. However if you are looking for an authentic Sri Lankan homestay experience then you'll be fine. The welcome that you get from Fareed is only exceeded by the quality (and quantity) of his wife Roransa's home cooked food. Really it's Sri Lankan hospitality at it's best.

Big apartment (2rooms) with two bathrooms and big CLEAN kitchen! Breakfast was tasty and the location great - a little bit out of the center what we like and up the hill so when you wake up you see nature and hear birds! The hosts gave us a free ride to the train station and was so kind and great with giving us all the advice about pickme app and tuktuk and what to see and when. Really great stay!

This stay was lovely. The accommodation was very comfortable with a great view. The hosts were really kind and approachable and helped us get a ticket for the Kandyan dance and he gave some suggestions on where to go in Kandy. Breakfast was really nice and the host was chatty and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

I recently stayed in Anna Asia - Kandy, a bed and breakfast hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room and toilets were spotlessly clean and modern, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious English breakfast served each morning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both Kandy city and the Maligawa, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast hotel to anyone looking for a cosy and comfortable place to stay in Kandy. The staff, cleanliness, and location are all top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed.the comfort and space of the Villa. The employees of the Villa, Raj and Akka made our stay extraordinary nice. They gave us a very warm welcome and were very helpful in organizing our trips, serving deliciois food and helped with any need we had. Especially our kids were embraced very well and as a family we really enjoyed our stay.

    I had a good stay at Kandyan White Holiday Homes. The moment I entered, the host offered my a glass of mix fruit juice, which was a really good gesture. I was also served very good breakfast during my stay. The host definitely knows how to make the guests feel at home. The property is also located close to the railway station, temple of the Tooth, Kandy Commercial Complex and other view points.

    We booked SARu holiday home with family and was pleasantly surprised with the amenities as it was well maintained and had all necessary items provided.
