Truly a very nice accommodation. Staff were great including the owner who'd said 'Hello' to me on my first day. I stayed at the studio, No 7. Very spacious, with a separated seating area with sofas, TV and a coffee table. No problem with the parking, although there are parking on site, you can also park outside. Breakfast was good too. 5 stars for the wifi connection! I stayed at Talamba Blue during my last 2 days of my vacation in Mauritius, unfortunately I didn't use their swimming pool. The pool is beautifully designed! Although there's a beach within a 2 min walk, I didn't go there as it was always crowded. I had an early flight at 7.30am, had to leave at 5.30am and Dave (the owner) arranged that I could have some breakfast like coffee, croissant and some biscuits. Their watchman on duty served the breakfast and one should appreciate his calm and friendly personality. My only negative comment would be the sound of the aeroplanes flying low (since the accommodation is close to the airport). However, it wasn't a constant thing. Overall - highly recommendable!

Chez Henri was a great find! We booked last minute and they kindly were able to get a room made up for us. The photos don't really do it justice; it's a lovely unique home with beautiful features. The room is on the top floor and is light, airy and spacious, with a sofa and a little kitchen area so you don't have to drive somewhere for dinner. It's a nice area and the beach was blessedly quiet. In the morning I was able to walk there in a couple of minutes and have a lovely sunrise swim. Henri and his wife are very welcoming with a nice energy, and made us a perfect breakfast to enjoy on the terrace of their beautiful front garden. Max (lovely big hairy cuddly dog) was a highlight for me too 🥰

Everything was fine and absolutley uncomplicated! After a 14hours flight, we arrived really early in the morning at the airport and the Host was so kind and picked us up there and He and his Wife made it possible, that we directly could check in!! He showed us some small supermarkets in the near (1-3 minutes by feet) and we could buy snacks, cold softdrinks and beer, come down on one of the balcony`s and sleep the jetlag away after :-) The flat is completley clean and as big, as you can see on the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped, like it`s written in the description. If you are happy with the pictures, you will be not disappointed at all! The Host is always there (in real and also by messenger) to answer all questions. Especially he supported us while a cyclone and gave us a save feeling and also drove us to a big supermarket before the cyclone. After, we also got fresh Mango`s from the own Tree of the Host-Familiy :-) So we can say, the Host-Family are really honest, warm-hearted people! You get into the city-center of Mahebourg in a 8 minute-walk. And you stay in a quarter of the city, where we felt "the real Mauritius". Also the location of the apartment is correct marked in the map (what is very often a problem in booking.com).

Amazing and lovely host 👏 ☺️ . Really clean and well kept 👌😍 I got a taste of Mauritius welcoming these are my family now even not by blood but by heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️... Thank you for this welcoming hospitality 🙏😉☺️😍❤️ And of most they are amazing,very helpful and caring people ☺️❤️. Great place for adventure, lots of aquatic activities. Beautiful beaches , museum and church , amazing restaurants ( coins casse croute, Kim boulette), thale waterfront on Sunday & Monday market really different each days but awesome.

The apartment was beautiful. It had everything I needed and the location is great. Only an 8-10 minute walk to the beach. You can get to Mahebourg easily as the busses will stop outside the front gate. The bathroom was really nice and it has a kitchen with all the facilities you need to make a meal. The apartment is very modern. It was nice to spend the time there as there was one day where the weather was bad so luckily it was good that the apartment was such a pleasure to stay in.

It was the second time we stayed at this accommodation, the last time was seven years ago. The family was always very kind, the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. To have an aircon and a fan is a great plus, as you can decide to use either of them depending on the heat. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and to have breakfast there in the morning is really nice. We also want to thank them for letting us check in so early without any problem (the room was available, but at other places it is not easily possible). We also stayed the last night of our stay in Mauritius, because it's such a good and affordable option in Mahébourg. Thank you for everything!
