Our host Isabelle let us know in advance that we could meet her early at the apartment so we could drop off our luggage - it was really nice to meet her. She gave us the key and also a lot of useful information and explained where the car park was to leave our car. We were staying for 3 days and the first 24 hours were free so we just had to add the extra 2 days - it was very cheap for the remaining 2 days. The apartment is very close to the city with everything within walking distance and good for exploring further in Rotterdam and The Hague - It had everything you could possibly need and is very comfortable and cosy. Isabelle had left lots of extra goodies in the fridge and biscuits and cakes - a really nice surprise and very welcome. There was some outside noise one evening but it was the weekend so it was bound to be busier than usual. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Dordrecht and would definitely recommend Hiltje - Nice to Stay.

The apartment has everything you need for a long stay, you feel like at home. It is very comfortable and spacious. There is a nice calm view to the backyard with a lot of birds coming back and forth, you can easily walk around in nature. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The apartment has a nice design and style and has a lot of small things which make it very cosy. The owner is pleasant and helpful answering any questions you may have and giving recommendations if necessary. You feel privacy even though the basement is occupied by the owner. You can easily get by bus to the city centre, there is a shop nearby. We enjoyed our stay, very recommended!

Fantastic location, walking distance from very good restaurants and very practical to visit the UNESCO site of Kinderdijk (from the B&B to the Unesco site it is 10 minutes driving). The breakfast was very rich and good. The staff was very kind and answered any question we have raised about how to structure our visit in the surrounding areas. Last but not least free car parking just in front of the B&B.
