Traveling all the way from Oslo to Tromsø, this is by far the best cabin I’ve stayed in throughout Norway! The room was cozy, and the amenities were excellent. I particularly appreciated having both a traditional coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine – such a thoughtful touch. The bed and duvet were incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. Plus, there’s a supermarket just a 5-minute drive away, which was super convenient. The little snowy yard in front of the cabin was picturesque, especially with the view of the yellow house across and the mountains in the background – it felt so romantic. And to top it all off, we saw the northern lights three nights in a row! The host’s service was impeccable. They reminded us of the supermarket closing hours and even let us know when the northern lights appeared – how amazing is that! The only minor issue was the water heater. It seemed to be shared with the upstairs unit, as the hot water ran out mid-shower once. But since the room itself was so warm and cozy, it didn’t bother me much. I would absolutely love to come back and stay here for a longer time!

Warm, homey and spacious. After a day out in the rain and wind, it felt like coming home. Socks around the house, light up the fireplace, make a cup of coffee and socialise with the other guests. Very clean, nice bathrooms and friendly staff. I even saw the northern lights from my bedroom window.

Due to the weather issue, we late one day to check in, but everything is nice and cosy, just 5min walk to market, also easy take public transport from airport to andoya station. Got some board game and puzzle for kids.. We enjoy the view from the house.

The location of the cottage is ideal - it is situated in a quiet, picturesque area surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a breathtaking view to the Reinebringen. Nevertheless, you can quickly get to Reine or Å i Lofoten by car. Thor the landlord is extremely nice and made us feel very welcome. What I especially appreciated was that we could charge our electric car at the wallbox which is right next to the cottage. We did not like to leave. It made us sad to have to leave this beautiful cottage already. 100% recommendation for this accommodation! Thank you very much for everything :) Roger & Mirjam, Switzerland

    A wonderful place in Reine with beautiful sea and mountain view. The facility was very clean, modern and spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing. It’s located close to the town center, and very easy to explore villages nearby. Also the laundry facility came in handy in the middle of our 5 week Norway trip.

    The location of the house and the village of Reine in general are one of the best and most impressive in Lofoten. Ocean in the east and vast mountains with a Fjord in all other directions. The house is partly modernized and some rooms like the living room are quite new while some others are older. While the house is definitely not in perfect shape, it fully met our expectations and had enough space for our family to ensure a pleasant stay.
