Thanks Anil for taking us to see the picturesque mountain view... a lot more to explore in Anil's farm and the surrounding area, just our time is too short there. P.S. We enjoyed our stay so much that we took the room key to Pokhara... sorry Anil for the all trouble caused 😅

I stayed at Dinesh House the night before the start of my Vipassana course at the Dhamma Pokhara Vipassana Center in Leknath. I can highly recommend Dinesh House as the perfect place to prepare for Vipassana since it is so quiet, beautiful, tranquil and serene :) It would also be a wonderful place to re-enter reality after a 10-day Vipassana, for the same reasons! It couldn't be closer to the Vipassana Center; I was able to walk there the next morning from Dinesh House, it was only about a 10-minute walk away! First things first: the views from Dinesh House are absolutely gorgeous!!! You can see Begnas Lake, and on a clear day the Annapurna Mountain Range as well! I couldn't have asked for more beautiful views. Onto the hosting family: Dinesh and his lovely wife, Dipa. They were both SO kind to me during my stay. On my walk to Dinesh House, there was a bit of rain, so he came out to walk me there and brought me an umbrella to keep me dry! I was really happy with my room, the bathroom, and especially the meals: Dipa cooked me a delicious dal bhat dinner the night I arrived, plus a tasty omelette with chapati & coffee the next morning. I highly recommend Dinesh House to travelers looking for beautiful views, tasty food, and friendly company on site — thanks so much Dinesh & Dipa for providing such a wonderful experience!

Mountain View Eco Farm is the perfect destination for anyone seeking an authentic Nepalese experience. From the moment you arrive, you become a part of Govinda’s family, instantly feeling at home. Location: Nestled peacefully on the hillside above Begnas Lake, the farm is surrounded by family-cultivated fields and offers a breathtaking view of the Annapurna mountains. The serene environment creates an ideal escape. Accommodation: While the rooms are simple and clean, you'll hardly notice, as you'll be fully immersed in farm life. Whether helping with daily tasks or simply marveling at the stunning scenery, there's always something to keep you engaged. Food: The meals, prepared by Chetana, are nothing short of exceptional. She’s a talented cook, and all ingredients are fresh, directly sourced from the farm without processing. His son, who speaks excellent English, was incredibly friendly, ensuring our daughters were never bored. Final Thoughts: Mountain View Eco Farm was the highlight of our stay in Nepal, and the experience is one we will never forget.

The location is perfect and close by the restaurant, shops and lakes. There's communal space(kitchen, yoga room)on 5th floor, the view is amazing and beautiful. The room is clean and cozy, hot shower. Very helpful and nice family, thank you so much and I had a very wonderful and relaxing stay there. I would highly recommend it!

I loved this stay — it was very comfortable with a beautiful garden and a great view! On top of that, the staff were very kind, especially the hotel manager, with whom we had some nice conversations and who was incredibly helpful. The hotel also offers various services like bus tickets and other activities, which is super convenient. Don’t hesitate for a second!

The staff was lovely, very welcoming, friendly and good vibes. They had a very cute dog 🐶 Hot shower, good breakfast, laundry service and lots of trekking MAPS of different areas of Nepal available to look at! Me and my dad had a great time. Very close to the lake and tourisic areas, but located in a quiet street, so we had no problems to sleep :) Also we could see Machapuchare from the window! 🌄 Very nice!
