The sister here looked after me really well, always making sure I had enough cold water (they refill and stock bottles in the fridge) and accompanying me to the bus stop the morning I left. She doesn't speak English (nor do I speak Nepali) but her friend can help with communication if required. The homestay is only 5-10 minutes' walk from the bus stop and the main street. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and it was quiet, being in a more spacious area with sparse buildings. Not all rooms have air conditioning, so if you need it, check when booking or upgrade your room.

The stay was lovely. The hotel is new. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was the same. The owner is one of the most cordial, kind, and polite people I've ever met. The food at the restaurant was the best I had in my three days in Lumbini.

We stayed in "deluxe double room" and it was exactly what we needed to visit Lumbini and escape warm weather. Very clean and spacious room, comfy bed, calm, welcoming staff, many restaurants nearby, good air-conditioned, good wi-fi and just next to a family shop to buy snacks (uhuh). You can ask to have touristic informations and also can ask to book bus tickets for long-distance trips. Thank you for all ! (you can go by walking to Buddha's birth place at Maya Devi temple coumpound but, if you're not a good walker, it's recommended to take rickshaw or taxi to all other places since the Lumbini area is very wide)

We stayed in this comfortable guesthouse one night when crossing the border coming from India. The owner family and staff where so lovely and helped us in any issue. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant attached was delicious. We sure will come again on our way back from Nepal to India in 4 weeks to visit Lumbini. Thanks so much for your hospitality 🙏🏻
