The check-in was very uncomplicated and everything was explained to us in detail. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The room is very large and clean. Also at check-out we were helped with the suitcases and our garbage (we had a lot of garbage because it was our last day in New Zealand) was taken over and disposed of by the host.
