Host was really friendly and gave us recommendations on things to do in Tekapo. They also warned us of the weather conditions before we drove out to Mount cook, which was really sweet of them. Best part of the place is that it is spotless and clean. Cozy little place that we called home for 3 nights.

We liked the quiet atmosphere, the quality of the things and of the furniture, the most welcoming note we have ever received on our travels. We stayed here for four nights and loved every minute of it: the fireplace made quite a cozy evening on our New Year’s Eve and the ducks that visited us became friendly faces during mornings. Location was great. Loved the uniquness of this cottage and great views. The grandchildren loved the novelty of the loft and especially feeding the farm animals. The adults loved the spa under the stars in the night sky, and the cosy wood fire inside after getting out of the spa. Plenty of alternative heating available in the cottage. Would highly recommend for families. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay again.
