The location, while approximately 15 minutes from Dunedin, is an historic area in its own right and worth a visit. While not numerous the cafe and food options available are outstanding. The unit was lovely and comfortable. It didn't take long to heat up the place as it was cold outside. Shame it was raining as the outdoor area looked lovely. Nice and quite place.
