We initially ran into some problems with our room being swapped for one we didn't book. Ms Paulina came up with a solution and moved us into a better room promptly. To be honest, this is the first time we were treated so well by any management in a hotel and the like. The staff in the restaurant were also extremely nice and helpful. I loved everything about this apartment. It was super clean , modern, quiet, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and seemed new. The kitchen was one of the best appointed ones i have seen in my many years of traveling. The gift of a bottle of prosecco and ginger bread was very kind.Excellent communication from the owners. It was a short very pleasant walk to the historic center. I would definitely stay here again and wish i had stayed more days in Torun which i really enjoyed.

The location is very nice, in a quiet and good area, even though not very close to the city but about 10-12 minutes by car. It was very warm and nice when we arrived, very grateful to the owners to let the heating on in this cold time of the year. The bathroom had warm floors, the bed was very comfortable and my daughter and I enjoyed our short stay at this nice place. The host was very kind to let us checkout a bit later and overall it exceeded our expectations. I think it's a great value for the money and very comfortable place. The only tiny difficulty we had was that we spent 5 minutes finding the entrance, but I am not even sure if that's worth mentioning. Maybe a plan would be nice

Really cute apartment which was very close to town. Bed and sofa bed comy with lots of bedding a towels. Very clean. Good security entrance. Lift and stairs available. Well equipped kitchen. 5 minute walk into town. Very quiet. Very clean. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay again.
