This is a country side house with a fantastic pool. Two bed room and two bath rooms are perfect for a family. The living room is spacious and luminous with lot of decoration and artifacts. This is bit out in the country and hence not many services nearby, although there is a local grocery store walking in walking distance, There is also laundrymat at hundred meters. We managed to order takeaway grab here too. Some interesting sights are not far such as ethnic Karen village. This is country side and not dense populated. The address is not evident on google so please ask the host first. He is very helpful and communicative. Keys are easy to find, and checkout seamless. Airco is working well. It was very nice to spend time around the pool outside during the day or for dinner. Relaxing.

-The guy was friendly and helpful -The room was clean -The bed was perfect. Just a little away from tge center of town an easy walk to the night Market. Coming through the gate was entering an area of tranquility. Very relaxing

We loved everything about this place! The peacefulness- the farming villages all around the place- the facility- but most of all, the owner! She was such a sweet lady and so helpful! She served us with her whole heart! Made us breakfast in the morning and helped us with what to do that was local. Nearby is an awesome little crepe place that we biked to, there is also a long neck tribe nearby you can bike to, there’s a tea plantation and a local waterfall! Lots to do nearby and no traffic!!! Also the perfect place to watch the sunset! Our favourite stay of our whole holiday!

The hostress was so nice that felt like going to stay on your friends house. Very cossy and friendly place, with extra care for all the details. Nice rooms, enough space, well equipped bathroom. Kids loved the decoration (even if kids dont really care about these stuff) and of course the hostess cats, that were around playing.

Baan Jaru is located 500 metres from Clock Tower. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free public parking.

1. The host speaks English and is very helpful. He gave us a few tips on where to eat and what to see around. 2. The room is spacious and clean. The interior looks fresh. 3. The breakfast is included in the price. Everything was great. If I ever visit Chiang Rai again, I will definitely stay here.

Amazing and helpful hosts. Very close to the Blue Temple and airport - great location. We had a great breakfast in nice circumstances. Very clean, all facilities as listed. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this place.
