What a wonderful place to spend a few days, I love this style of guesthouse. Hao and Lily are kind, caring hosts who treated us like family. We were staying here when the recent earthquake hit and Hao took personal interest in our safety and comfort after it happened. Expect true warmth and hospitality when you visit. The space is comfortable and the location is great too, in a quiet little neighborhood of Fushi village just down the road from the entrance to Taroko NP. I would definitely return!

The property is easy to find. If you are travelling by bus, stop at Kele (可樂） bus stop and walk towards the back. It is about 1km away from the Taroko Tourist Centre and the owner is very helpful in sending there and arranging transport via taxi for us around.

The family who hosted us were so lovely and very generous. Even though we did not speak Chinese they were able to accommodate our needs and looked after us so well. Beautiful people. Thank you!

The 3 out of 4 nights were unbearable as there were nonstop dog barks throughout the nights. No one did anything about it. The next-door guests fled at 6am and cut short their stay. We managed to sleep on and off and hoped the situation would improve for the following nights. It didn't.

Sophia is extraordinarily kind and hospitable. She picked us up at the train station and organized scooter rental and dinner for us, and gave us great advice on what to visit in the magnificent Taroko park as well as great dinner options, and she drove our luggage to the station when we left. The B&B is beautiful, the room spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast delicious, it was a real delight and we miss it already.

The hosts were extremely warm and friendly. May goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable and feel welcome. She also arranged our taxis into the Taroko national park & sorted out our schedules. We regretted that we stayed only one night with May and family. Highly recommended.

Staying in Crossing The Rainbow Bridge was a very special experience. The hotel has the most beautiful garden and everyone working there is a great example of Taiwanese hospitality. The owner was very attentive and shared with us details about the indigenous history and culture. Everyone made sure we were comfortable at all times. The room was even nicer than in the pictures! The breakfast was rice pudding with braised vegetables, fried eggs, pork floss and the most delicious peanuts! There was also fresh fruit, coffee, tea and toast with jam/butter. The hotel provides the guests with free bikes which you can ride to the park in 10 minutes. The owner was very kind and since we didn’t drive he dropped us to the train station on our way back.

The breakfast was lovely and delicious. Lora is an excellent cook! It was very varied and cooked it accurately. The location is amazing. It is just 4 minutes to the entrance of Taroko.

The cost of the room is very low, but the rooms are very large for that price and it was extremely clean. It was also close to Taroko National Park, with a bus stop a block away that will take you to the park. It is also walking distance from the train station.
