This hostess couldn't do enough for you. She was kind enough to make sure that there was a place for us to rest after we got there at 4:30 off a sleeper bus. Even though there was a language barrier she was also instructed us on exactly how to get to and from the Ban Gioc waterfall and helped us in many other ways. I cannot recommend enough.

The hosts are really nice and got to have dinner with the family. We talked through Google translate. The food was really good and they catered to my diet (vegetarian). It's a little hard to find the exact house but just ask a local and they'll tell you where to go. The room is simple with a comfortable firm bed and fan. There are 3 toilet/shower rooms just outside the house. Try to bring exact change for payment

Truong, the owner and manager of Mina Homestay, kindly picked me up from the centre of Cao Bang, after a long hard bus journey. Mina Homestay is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Cao Bang. I only stayed for one night as I wanted to visit Ban Dioc Waterfalls. For me it was no problem at all to walk to and from the centre. If you're going to stay longer, it would be a good idea to rent a bicycle, so you'll be able to move around more freely. Regarding the room itself, it was spacious enough, clean, comfortable bed and with bathroom attached. Truong, booked a bus back to Hanoi for me and even gave me a lift to the main road and wait for the minibus pickup to take me to the bus station of Cao Bang. If I ever visit Cao Bang again, even though it's just outside the centre, Mina Homestay is the tranquil place I want to stay in.

The staff was exceptional, very freindly and supporting. I got sick durring this period and they gave me medicine and then recommended me a hospital. Everything is clean and the value for money ration is excellent!

It was a really beautiful and clean room, very spacious and has everything you need. Wifi connection was good, the hosts were very friendly, even gave a lot of useful tips of places to go. You can rent a scooter across the street, and everything is within walkin distance possible. So if you want to be in the city of Cao Bang, this is definitely the place that I would recommend!

The hosts are extremely friendly and will try to help you with any issue you may have ! They speak excellent english and communication is very good. On top of the accomodation, they provide a very good western style breakfast, motorbike rental and laundry service. As we came with our own motorbikes, they could also do an oil change and some repairs on our bikes, for a very fair price. Very quiet at night and not very far from the main street with restaurants, etc.
