Housed in a building dating from 2007, this holiday home is 15 km from Victoria Harbour Ferry and 15 km from Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Camosun College. Julia the host was very friendly, she even called and messaged us when she discovered a bag that we had left behind after checking out. Julia had thought of most things one could need. The accommodation consisted of bedroom, lounge/diner and bathroom. Everything was very clean, coffee/tea making facilities, cups etc in lounge. Large TV in lounge, large desk at end of bed. Bed lovely and comfortable. Welcome pastries and milk were found in the fridge. Welcome messages and card signed by all the family found in the lounge. Thank you Julia and family for making us feel most welcome.

It would be unfair to this building, airbnb rooms, for anyone to rate anything less than excellent. It had shortcomings but the cleanliness and comfort of the room with comfortable and certainly not cheap equipment, does not allow it. There is no television in the room as an option. I did not miss it.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The view from the chalet was amazing and we saw lots of seals, sea otters, and birds. Also the chalet was super cozy and we appreciated having the living and sleeping areas on different floors.

Lovely spacious rooms and a large shared space for relaxing and cooking meals. Hot tub with incredible views.

The place is cozy, comfortable, and full of little details that make you feel at home — even fresh blueberries as a special treat! We already want to come back and will definitely recommend it to friends.
