They also helped us plan our sightseeing trips in the local area and even took us to the local village to meet their parents. We would highly recommend for those looking to come to the Nilgiris hills, in particular foreign travellers who want to understand local culture and relax in the countryside. The WiFi was good enough to do some work calls which came up, which was helpful. Perfect English spoken. We enjoyed tea tasting at Tranquilitee and recommend Cafe Diem for lunch, an organic vegetarian cafe with a stunning view.

The view from the terrace is amazing, the food extremely tasty, but most importantly, the hosts are very very nice and helpful. The trip wouldn't have been the same without them. We actually found the view from the hotel better than the view from Kodaikanal itself. The hotel owner Imbaraj was very kind and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The site managers, Nirmal and Padma, were wonderful. They made us excellent South Indian breakfast and dinner on request. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet, beautiful rural area yet very close to Kodaikanal town.

It was really an amazing experience. Location, facility, food, staffs and the view from the facility….everything was outstanding. Food was very very tasty, we have called their Chef and given a salute to him, as it was so so yummy. And of course the Management, they were very supportive and very humble. The view from room itself was superb, especially from the Attic, both nights we all slept in the Attic only, and we enjoyed the beauty of nature very well from there. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Kids also enjoyed very well, actually they wanted to stay few more days there, they played Table tennis (ping pong), cricket and utilized their other kids play areas as well. Totally it was a very successful trip for us.
