Residence Panoramic is just 18 metres from the beach, near the town's little harbour. Amalfi and Positano are nearby, and public transport is available. The staff is super friendly and supportive. The room was ready by the time we arrived ( 10.30am) though the checking time was 2.00pm. They have given us croissants , biscuits with all other basic stuff. Room was super comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.The location is good. The bus stop and ferry port is in walking distance. The best hotel during our italy trip of 12 days. This extraordinary boutique hotel, once a church dating back to 1145, has been lovingly transformed into a peaceful sanctuary with just five exclusive rooms. I stayed in the King Suite, which came with its own private lemon garden – a magical place to begin or end the day. Breakfast was a daily highlight, elegantly served either in my room or in the tranquil garden. The views from the suite were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to such scenery felt like a dream. The location is ideal – 6 min walk from the city center. The service was impeccable. A special thanks to Luisa, the manager, whose kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made me feel truly welcome. Every detail of my stay was perfect, and the memories I made here will stay with me forever. Villa Barluzzi is not just a hotel – it’s a timeless escape.

Gerardo and Giovanna are wonderful as hosts, dedicated, easy to contact and always eager to help. Breakfast was superlative (you just have to try their homemade panacota with pistacchio!). Staying in Residenza Amalphia was the highlight of our trip.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation. The rooms are new, clean and in excellent condition. The hostess, Assunta, was very hospitable and always friendly. The wonderful breakfasts and the cozy atmosphere inside make the stay pleasant and joyful.

The property features mountain and garden views, and is 7 km from Salerno Cathedral. It is possible for guests to sit outside and enjoy the property grounds. Everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the shower in the room is a nice touch, the view from the green terrace is out of this world and the hosts are there for you. Breakfast was homemade and perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. Bonus points: it is located in the incredibly cute town so visiting downtown is a must 🙂
