I stayed in a single small room and I had a balcony view. The staff is very helpful, and they try their best to keep the space comfortable. You will have to take out your shoes and there is ample number of sleepers available. Every floor has a coin laundary available. They have huge common washbasin sinks to do your business. The common washroom cleanliness was satisfactory. I have no complaints from my three nights stay here.

The resort provide free drinks, ice popsicles after hot onsen, sake tasting! The yukatas were very pretty and comfortable, not to mention fun to wear :) The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time! We were very happy to enjoy a beautiful private open air onsen, it was a very memorable experience!
