We could see Mount Fuji from the room. Nice room, the futons were comfortable. Good food.

Beautiful experience, I was welcomed warmly by a lady of the staff, who knew basic English, just like most of the stuff I've had the pleasure of meeting. On top of that, they were very friendly and ready to help. There were many useful facilities in the common area I've used, like the fridge, the laundry machine and a scale. I recommend this place, as it also has good access to the metro stations.

The shop near the lobby was useful Beautiful footbath area, enjoying an icecream there was a highlight with the view while soaking my feet after breakfast was a highlight

The staff were all lovely, especially the young gentleman who served us during our meals, and the owner was also very warm and welcoming. The food was great and they were able to cater to our allergies/dietary requirements. I also loved all the retro games and decor - it felt like a lot of love and thought had been put in to the ryokan!

Opened in June 2013, The Edo Sakura offers accommodation in a Japanese-style Machiya townhouse located a 5-minute walk from Iriya Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Uguisudani Train Station. The staff were very sweet and accommodating to all our needs. The private bath was wonderful and the breakfast was also very good.
