My friend and I stayed in the apartment from March 31, 2025, to April 3, 2025. The apartment is in an excellent location, right by the sea and close to the city center. We could walk to both St. Julian’s and the harbor for Valletta. Even though we arrived after midnight due to our late flight, we received all the necessary instructions a day in advance via WhatsApp. We were given the access codes for both the entrance and our room. The entrance and reception area are beautifully and elegantly designed, resembling a luxurious hotel, with plenty of sculptures and an imitation of a flowering tree. Whenever we needed something, like a towel, we received it promptly. Our flight was scheduled for quite late in the evening, but since check-out was at 11 AM, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception until 5 PM. Monika was always helpful whenever we needed anything. She is a very kind and hospitable woman, and on our last day before departure, we had a lovely chat with her about Malta. She also shared useful insights about life on the island. I wholeheartedly recommend this studio and Monika as an excellent host!

Very clean modern rooms the bed was super comfortable:) also a nice location on a quiet street-can walk to the beach and coffee/restaurants

The property is set 10 km from Upper Barrakka Gardens, 11 km from Manoel Theatre and 11 km from University of Malta - Valletta Campus. The bed and breakfast provides sea views and a sun terrace. Absolutely exceptional. Wonderful views over the harbour, immaculately clean, comfortable bed, my only regret is not staying longer. A great English breakfast after 6 weeks in Europe.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was also very nice, with freshly juiced orange juice and pastries and much more. The location is really close to the airport which can be reached by foot. It is also close to bus 88 station going to Valletta which takes ~40mins by bus and 15 minutes by car. Really a pleasant stay and would come back!

This property is located a short distance from attractions such as Upper Barrakka Gardens and Casa Rocca Piccola. This was a fab boutique hotel. Great location and the staff were exceptional. Spa was amazing. Will def go back next time I am in Malta!

The gym and the pool give a surplus to the provided amenities and children loved them. The staff are fantastic, helpful and discreet. Regarding Marsaskalla, I adored this tranquil and picturesque seaside town.

The bed and breakfast has a terrace and views of the sea. very nice location, super friendly staff, very good breakfast, comfy room. when the staff realised, we are about to celebrate a birthday during breakfast, they offered to sing happy birthday with us, and offered a bottle of Prosecco. :)
