He welcomed us warmly and showed us a beautiful new trail above Bergen that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. He also gave us great recommendations on what to see and do in the area. We also really appreciated being able to charge our electric car for a symbolic price. The apartment has a lovely terrace where you can relax outside and enjoy the fresh air (weather permitting 😊), and if it gets too warm, there’s air conditioning inside to keep things comfortable. Thank you, Ruben, for everything—this place was a real highlight of our trip!

Parking is difficult, so consider public transport—we took the tram from the airport and went by foot to tour areas. Highlights: heated bathroom floors, plenty of natural light, plenty of utensils, dining table had plenty of seating. Easy check in/out with outdoor box. Quiet during sleeping hours since rental is away from through traffic. Comfy beds. Windows all worked for nice cross breeze to cool apartment and fans are provided in bedrooms. Garbage and recycle cans are right outside the back garden door.
