I can strongly reccomend this accommodation and host as a to go place when looking for an overnight in Lapu Lapu! Efleda is a highly friendly and guest focused host, very easy to contact and she will answer all your questions. The apartment is în very good shape, everything works very well and a morning coffee în the balcony is more than a good idea. The airport is 5 minutes by car and for backpackers or travelers on a lower budget there are also local transportation 10 minutes by car away (save savemore stop). There you will find also the closest bigger supermarket and atms and other budget friendly delights. Laundry and a Filipino restaurant are at the ground floor. The owner was kind & considerate enough to allow us to check out late as our flight was delayed. 🙏😇 PROS: There is a convenient store within the vicinity plus the affordable home cooked meals just walking distance from the condominium. Very good internet connection, perfect for remote workers, Netflix is a plus. There's bidet and water heater. The balcony was awesome! The AC was super cold! They have complete cookware (this is superb as we are a cooking couple) Will definitely book here again as it's just 5kms from the airport.✈

I really liked the place and the family will agree to that. I was expecting the worst case scenario . I have been unlucky with the two other accommodations we had in the Philippines especially in the cities "The Philippine standard" Location of the place, parking, the amenities, service. These things are very important. But with Mactan Cebu Guesthouse they exceeded it and with flying colors. The Place is clean, very comfortable bed, very accommodating. Their customer service was excellent. I appreciate y'alls effort. Keep up the good work. P.s door knobs were hard to operate, it is normal as time goes. Just need a Lil lub. Thank you so much.

My small family love the place specially an infant is with us , We like the available facilities and utensils inside the room, the place is well designed, organized, clean and very relaxing, The owner very accomodating and understanding too. Excellent room in Cebu close to the airport! 20min walking from the departures. The room itself is very good : bed very confortable, kitchen stuff provided if you want to cook, water refill, coffee, smart TV, shower very good and WiFi OK. You also have a balcony with chairs and table. We stayed there one night before taking an early flight the next morning, it was perfect! Restaurant close to the place.
