There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Communication with the host was easy and punctual. The room was a good size and very clean. Cooking facilities could have been better but we did not cook so it wasn't a problem for us. It was in a quiet area. The airconditioning was very recently installed so it now has this as a bonus feature giving it that extra bit of comfort. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the lounge to sit on.
