The river in back is delightful to swim in. Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean. The game room was fun for the kids. The location was fantastic! Close to the mountain, Clark's Bears, Franconia Notch, Whale's Tale, Echo Lake and many good restaurants. A Price Chopper is right down the street. Communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!
