The hotel was fabulous! The food was on another level! We opted for half board, for ease (never done this before). They had 3 choices for starter and also for main (which changed every day) and additional options for a small fee. Then a full sweet selection to choose from. The huge Breakfast selection was incredible, Full English, Continental or Pastries. We were always full and ready for the day. The Spa (Sauna and Jacuzzi was small, but as you needed to book and they only allow a few guests in at a time, it was perfect and just what we needed after a full day's Skiing. The rooms were lovely, had fantastic views and was clean, warm and spacious. The service from everyone in the hotel was fantastic, especially Juan on reception, one of the friendliest and most helpful humans I've come across. See you all next year!

This hostel was probably the nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed at but also the cheapest. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to beat it. Super clean, everything is new, great staff, and the common areas are massive with 3 really big TV’s. During the summer it is not very busy. I booked a female dorm and had it to myself for 5 days. There is a bus stop to the centre city right outside the door which runs regularly. It’s walking distance to the start of lots of great hikes. I extended my stay twice because it was such good value for slowing down between travelling.

It is an amazing hotel!!Upon availability we had our upgrade to our Rome so it was a fantastic issue. Room and all staff of the hotel made our holiday an exciting adventure. People are very kind and respond to any issue. Also the position of the hotel is great for walking in city center.

    Room very clean, especially important the carpet looked immaculate, felt comfortable walking barefoot. Big windows with view on both sides, properly equipped with curtains and 100% blinds Perfect temperature and covers, simple uncluttered decor. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location, across from the Canillo gondola and in the center of the village. Excellent ski room, heated boot and lockers, included in price. Friendly and helpful staff, Thank you all!!

    Staff very friendly. Some spoke very little of our language but with our amature spanish we were able to get by and they were very friendly. Perfect location for hiking (we went in summer) & plenty of bars / restaurants nearby. Cheap parking nearby for 3euro / day. Clean rooms.

    The location to gondola and parking is excellent. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is spacious clean and friendly and although there is no hot food, the choice for breakfast is excellent. The staff are welcoming and supportive. It's a lovely little budget hotel.
