the host is wonderful, has many tipps what to do and where to go and is really interested in your well being the shower was really really hot at any time of the day if you wished and you could regulate it easily the house has got a large veranda with a long table and chairs facing a beautiful garden with lots of different flowers the internet is fast so that we could stream one of our favourite films the AC is very quiet and powerful so it doesn‘t bother you when you sleep. we really enjoyed our stay one tipp: google didn‘t lead us up to the road where the house is but stops on the main road, as it doesn’t seem to know the road leading to the house so check 5 mins before you arrive where to leave the main road as you can avoid having to do a u-turn 😉

We booked this flat at the last minute after our previous booking turned out to be poor and did not meet our expectations. The place turned out to be an excellent base in Ksamil. A modern flat in a recently completed building. There is a brilliant swimming pool in front of the building, available to all residents. Apart from minor details, such as the kitchen not being fully equipped and a leaking tap in the bathroom, the place turned out to be a very nice location to spend two days in Ksamil.

The house is very clean and cosy, at a short walking distance of the main beaches (Ksamil, Bora Bora, Paradise to name a few). But what I liked the most was Laura's (our host) warmth, kindness and hospitality from the night my children and I arrived. She is by far the best host we've had in all the places we've stayed in. She brought me a splendid cup of coffee every morning, kept the house clean and was extremely kind to my autistic daughter when she had her meltdowns. On our second night, she brought us some delicious cake from her daughter's birthday! More than a host, she felt like family during our stay in the beautiful slice of heaven that is Ksamil, and for that I'm very grateful, because it doesn't happen often when we're away. She even had her kind husband drive us to Sarandë port at very early hours in the morning for our trip back home, for a fraction that a taxi would cost. Thank you so much Laura for an unforgettable stay in your lovely house! Shall we ever go to Ksamil again, we will no doubt be staying here.
