Our host was waiting to direct us onto the driveway of the property at our arrival time and was most welcoming. The view's of the sun setting behind the mountains from the garden are spectacular and the garden is tastefully illuminated for the evening. We arranged to have dinner prepared by the host's and a beautiful meal was presented to us along with a lovely dessert. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and comfortable with ample bedding and plenty of hot water for shower's. In the morning we were given an Albanian breakfast prepared using ingredients from the garden and it was very flavoursome and filling.

This has to be the best place to stay in Albania. The whole castle is for yourself, we booked it together with my girlfriend and we were in shock how magic this place is. I think this place could be amazing for a family of four, you have dogs, cats, deer’s, cows perfect for kids and for adults too. If we could we would stay here forever. The host is very friendly and replies very fast. He brings fresh breakfast every morning. Everything is from their farm, so the food is really tasty. When i come again to Albania i would definitely come back here.

The professionalism and courtesy of the family running the hotel are impeccable: we were greeted with refreshments and a plate of fresh fruits upon arrival. Excellent value for money for the spacious and comfortable room and the amazing breakfast. Highly recommended to choose the room with balcony to enjoy the view. Location is good (all attractions at walking distance and several good restaurants nearby).

The best breakfast we had in Albania on a lovely flower filled terrace with a beautiful view. Dinner was also lovely. It was a hike up stairs to reach the hotel but they provided a parking space on the main drag at the base of the stair. The room architecture was historic with beautiful woodwork. You could hike up to the castle right from the hotel

The location is very good. It is close to the city centre. We had a quiet and spacious room. We had a very tasty and generous breakfast which we could enjoy on the terrace. From here we had a wonderful view of the white terraced houses that are a feature of Berat. Words cannot express this wonderful experience. Our host was very kind and helpful. I can only recommend this accommodation to everyone.
