The accommodation was a very positive experience. The rooms were modern and clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful Armenian-style breakfast. The restaurant also offers a very good Armenian menu. In the Shirak region, you can visit Lake Arpi, the Trchkan waterfall, Gujmri, and many other sights. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a big plus. Very nicely designed room in a central location. They saved us a parking spot right at the entrance of the hotel, which was really convenient. The girls at the reception were really kind and the nearby restaurant that the hotel recommends for breakfast (it’s called Herbs & Honey) is great! Highly recommended.

The stay was perfect! Absolutely comfortable and clean room with everything what you need! Staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The host is one of the best I ever had to deal with. Easy to communicate, both in Russian and in English, very helpful and wholesome. The apartment itself is very pretty and has a design that goes with Gyumri all the way. It was very clean, had all the necessities in place (even a washing machine), extra blanket which is not so obvious and there was a place to left the car safely just in front of the apartment. The location is just 10 minutes walk from the main square and not much more for the best Armenian cuisine restaurant I tried so far - Gwoog. I highly recommend this place for those who want to spend some time in Gyumri.
