I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

Great peaceful location, really authentic Armenian village, super_friendly and helpful owners. If you like agro-turismo and see the real country (like we do) - this is definitely your choice ! You can see rabbits, hens, cows, pigs, turkeys. Special thanx to the owners family - we have cooked our barbecue and also booked some local food from the owner - it was amazing! The visitors should definitely book local food from the owners! Also - 700m to the south from the village (5-th km of the main road toward south) - there is a nice "wild beach" on Sevan. Further to the south - on 18km - there is a maintained sandy beach with barbecue place and rest zones.

The property is beautifully located — close to the shores of Lake Sevan, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful and secluded. The house itself is built to a high standard, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!

A really quite and chill place near a clean beach on Lake Sevan. The property was really big and nice, they have places to chill in the garden! The living room area is comunal but is really comfortable, if you are lucky and there aren’t any other guests it’s like having your own apartment. We asked for breakfast and it was amazing, everything handmade and from their garden! They are also very warm and welcoming a great place to stay!

We stayed on the 5th floor 5/2 apartment. Fabulous and unobstructed views of the lake from our TWIN balconies. Apartment was neat and clean and GOR (the receptionist) was always ready to cure any niggles that would crop up (like adjusting the geyser temperature) We were skeptical of the compound restaurant but the place was extremely cosy with a live bonfire INSIDE.....food was reasonable (better restaurants like Bohem Tea house in Sevan city center) All in all - ticked all the boxes and made our stay memorable

The room was clean and cozy, surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful and beautiful setting. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful—he even treated us to a generous amount of food. We truly enjoyed the warmth of the evening fire, and the meals they prepared were absolutely delicious. After experiencing the amazing vibe of the place, we immediately decided to stay another night. There are also plenty of great hiking opportunities in the area, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers. Highly recommended!

It is just a unique opportunity to stay just in 5 meters from Sevan lake! You would love the sunsets and sunrises. However, the very heart of the place is a fire place. It actually mad our stay so romantic and cosy! Thank you so much!
