Everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The hosts are wonderful – warm, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable – every little detail was carefully thought out. The location is peaceful and ideal, yet close to everything. Located right in front of the river. Superior rooms are very spacious and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I had a tiny issue with the phone and in 10 minutes the maintenance guy was here to fix it. Otherwise everything went well. Check in was quick and easy, breakfast buffet was great and the gym was descent.

The apartment was very clean and bright. The bed was and pillows was very comfortable. The aircon worked perfectly and quickly cooled down the room. The tv was a smart tv so it was lovely to watch Netflix at night. We didn’t cook here but the kitchen looked very well equipped. The shower was really clean and the water pressure was great. The breakfast was in a cafe called Isabella on the corner. The options were fairly basic but it was still great to have breakfast included. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to most of our destinations and if not, an uber arrived very quickly. The host Ailen was very nice and helpful and was available during the day if we had any questions/issues. Would definitely recommend staying here if staying in Palermo.

Everything was great. The Staff were incredible, anything we asked for they were there to help with immediately. I’ve never experienced such friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were lovely and clean and the facilities were great. Our room was amazingly stocked with two little chocolates on arrival & an amazing set of toiletries. The heated rooftop pool was a great bonus. The breakfast was also fantastic. They had a lovely selection of hot & cold food, the best selection of fruit I’ve ever seen and beautiful pastries.

The apartment was just as described. In a great location, well equipped and very safe. Puerto Madero is a great location and although you can see the city across the water and it is just a short walk it feels slightly apart. Puerto Madero really comes alive after dark and is a great place for a meal, drinks or just an evening stroll. I cannot compliment the staff and the rental company enough. Prior to arrival Ignacio kept us informed and asked for all the information necessary to make our check in totally smooth. Angi, who met us from the taxi and walked us to our room was lovely and answered all our questions about the apartment, how things worked and where we could change money. Having bought a local SIM card I was having problems loading credit and Ruben sorted it out for me and even paid for the start up credit?
