The staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage at the reception both before check-in and after check-out, which made our visit much easier. I dont know why this hotel has any bad reviews. Our stay was exceptional! The staff were so so lovely, and even held their restaurant open 10 mins due to our late arrival from our flight. The room was so comfortable, with everything you would need, the pool was amazing and the breakfast full of tasty options. Would recommend to anyone visiting! It really felt like sleeping in the jungle. Would have loved to stay an extra night.

Carolina our host was super kind & friendly. She waited for us until late night & explained everything not only about the apartment but also about the Guarani’ culture & Iguazu’ falls. Our room was very clean & there is also a small swimmingpool to use by day if you want. You can feel safe there!
