The host and apartment were both wonderful. It was very clean, modern and cozy. The kitchenette was equipped to cook in (all the pans, kitchenware,toster,coffemaker) and the host provided coffee, tea, milk, juice, beer. We also had a welcome gift - two granola bars, two apples and their homemade salad dressing. Bathroom is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, we were going skiing in Gerlitzen and it was 15 min car ride from the Gerlitzen Cable Car. The host was helpful and provided the details about local restaurants, bakery and grocery stores and also other activities in the region.

The hotel is very clean and accessible. There is a gim, spa and wellness, as well as billiards and fussball room. The rooms are spacious and warm, and we had a small terrace/deck with sesting area. The ski room is big with boot heaters/dryes. Breakfast is excellent with meats, cheese, different pastries and bread types, as well as eggs, vegetables, bacon, dairy products and cereals.

The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).

    We had the wonderful opportunity to stay in a nice apartment that was spotless and nicely furnished. Beautiful view from the balcony, which added so much value to our visit. The hosts are competent and very welcoming. Near several ski resorts. A tasty breakfast with many of options.

    Lovely apartment, clean modern, lots of space, very well equiped, kind hostes, great recommendations for restaurants, we were given Erlebnis card and with it we could enter some attractions for free which is a big bonus, good location if you like to go ti a different ski area every day.

    If you don't have an issue with driving so high up the mountain, the location is great. Lovely views and ambience. Breakfast was decent, rooms reasonably sized. We only met 2 staff members, but everyone was nice.
