Very spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Well-equipped kitchen, with enough dishes for a stay of 11 people. Comfortable beds, lots of storage space, only the kitchen could have had more space to store ingredients. One complete bathroom in the hallway including a toilet, one separate toilet and one bathroom without a toilet as part of the largest bedroom with a balcony. Plenty of parking spaces. We did not use the services or equipment of the apartment building (sauna, grill, playground, ...), we only devoted ourselves to wonderful tourism in the surroundings (Flachauwinkl, Obertauern, Filzmooz). The hostess was nice and helpful.

The place is amazing. Luxury equipped hotel with SPA, pool and even better views from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious, large buffet with all kinds of fresh fruit, vegetables, pastry...Thomas and his wife are great. We got tips of what to do and where to go, they were always there when we needed, very friendly and nice. The location is perfect - in the middle of everything in Flachau, supermarket across the street. We had really an amazing stay.. Thank you again, we definitely will come back...special thanks for making my girlfriends birthday day so special - she was surprised with fresh bouqet flowers and a bottle of champagne at the breakfast table in the morning Michal and Lucia

    This is a superb chalet, in a perfect location for both a winter and imagine for summer breaks too. The property was spotlessly clean, with super comfortable beds, fresh linen, towels and kitchen towels all provided. The chalet provided ample space for our group of family and friends, along with good quality and again ample crockery and utensils for a self catered property. The correspondence from the owner was extremely quick, friendly and very helpful. This really is a superb chalet and cannot recommend enough.

    We truly enjoyed our stay - perfect loft room for a family of 4. Superb breakfast, really good pool and sauna area. Location was great, skibus nearby and many nice restaurants very near. Very clean. Good beds.

    The location is quiet but well connected to ski lifts, supermarkets, restaurants if you have a car. Rooms were very clean, cosy with comfortable beds. Wifi, heating worked smooth. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. It probably would've gotten boring after 3 days. They have a common area where you can bring your own drinks/food in the evening & enjoy which is quite nice.

    The apartment location is good, and there are several supermarkets within a few minute's drive. Nice area. The apartment looks new and very clean. They have a nice playground in the house with a trampoline and pedal cars.
