The apartment hotel is clean and modern. Staff are exceptionally nice.A huge indoor Mall just right across from the hotel with lots of eatery. Transportation is just right outside . Train takes about 10 min and you will be in the center where all the tourist attractions is. We enjoyed our stay.

I did not get to stay here due to over booking. I did not know about over booking until I arrived at the premises and the owner Schmid advised me that he had contacted B.Com re same and that they should have let me know. He was apologetic and went about sourcing alternative accommodation for me. This was done and Schmid brought me to new accommodation and got me checked in. It was a little bit removed from where I wanted to be but nothing serious. Based on my dealing with Schmid, I am happy to recommend this premises.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. Traveling with a dog can sometimes be a challenge, but this hotel made it an absolute joy. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming—not just to me, but to my furry companion as well. The room was beautiful: spacious, stylish, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in its design and cleanliness. Even better, there was plenty of room for my dog to stretch out and feel comfortable.

Great neighbourhood, quiet and clean! The host, Claudia, was super friendly, and even allowed us to leave our car in the driveway after we checked out so that we don't need to pay for public parking. How cool is that?? Super cool:) Thank you, Claudia!!! We used public transport, the tram, to get to the city centre was super easy and convenient! I would recommend this place!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Schones Living, the appartement was extremely comfortable and immaculately clean!It is also very well equipped and homely- communication around the property such as how to check in, where the nearest facilities are and just in general were the best I had ever experienced.It is also ideally located within Vienna close to the Austria Center, the city and train stations!     Nice budget hotel that makes a good choice if you visit Vienna or its northern surroundings but do not fancy an accommodation in the city. Room for 2 was of decent size and it had plenty of sockets which is very handy if you have many devices that need to be charged simultaneously. Breakfast was good, although breakfast room can get a bit crowded at times.
