Most friendliest and very helpful host. We loved view and stay. It is located just 2 mins walking from habach koppl bus stop. Which is 20 mins from city center but also on same road as of Hallstatt. Which helped us to save time.

I arrived after 10 p.m., and the proprietor waited up for me to give me my room keys. There was an enormous, well designed parking area at the back of the hotel, so no sweat over finding a safe place to park a hired car. The surrounding area of the hotel was simply beautiful and uncluttered with buildings. A magical spot!

Beautiful interiors, spacious room, decorated in old style, large bed with canopy and clean linen. Very good breakfast, lots of choice, also gluten free. Coffee from the coffee machine also with soya milk. It was nice to stay in a stylish interior. Excellent location for an overnight stay going to Italy for skiing and returning.

I stayed at Bergland Hotel from 21.10. to 25.10., so I've spent 5 days/4 nights there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, upon check-in I received a map of Salzburg and a list of the best local restaurants/cafés, my room was equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle - with complementary tea ( 2 teabags + portions of sugar, replaced every day by cleanup staff :) ) The hotel itself is really pleasant and cozy, equipped with an elevator too. For 14€/day one could also receive breakfast there. The location was perfect, just a corner away there's a Billa store, all the major attractions are within a 15-20 min. walk, there are also 2 bus stops in close vicinity. I would 100% recommend it for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Salzburg.

    We had an excellent stay. Beautiful location with a great playground to keep our little ones busy. The staff was very welcoming and really helpful. The food at their restaurant exceeded our expectations. Wide variety (vegetarian, meat lover, kiddy menu...) and delicious, reasonably priced. We'll definitely return one day.

    You won't find better value for money in the (wide) surroundings. The host was very friendly, but not intrusive, and ready to wait for us despite our late check-in. The flat was clean and spacious, and corresponded to its description, apart from the fact that we would NOT call it small: entrance/corridor, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen/dining room - more than enough for two people! It's beautifully surrounded by nature and you'll need a car to get there: great location if you look for a relaxing holiday.
