Nice location on our route from Bavaria to France through Switzerland. Very good breakfast. With the windows closed it is quiet. Parking in the parking below the building is €5. That’s cheap. Parking outside in front of the building also is €5. That’s expensive.

My fourth stay in this hotel. The first two rated 10, the third one rated 1 due to very cold room upon arrival with no heating. This time, I made a mistake and booked a room from 15/3 to 16/3. Found out upon arrival on 14/3, lucky to be able to rebook. However, the hotel did not refund the initial booking. Enjoy my money. You are a good hotel, but you have just lost a client who could stay regularly while crossing lustenau twice a month.

It was a very nice, quick stay on our way to Italy. This apartment is fully equipped, everything was as it should be. Thanks a lot for recommending us a 24- stunden aphoteke- we really appreciate that. There were no problem of leaving the house half an hour later.

+ Everything was just GREAT!🏆✨️ The hotel is perfectly clean, fragrant, modern and cozy furnished. Pleasant ambient jazz music plays in the hotel and with a gentle air freshener creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is helpful, attentive and professional. I especially want to mention the breakfast - this was the best breakfast offer I have seen for a very long time, and I travel a lot! The people involved in the breakfasts are doing a great job! (If someone complains about the price - the price is completely reasonable, you have dozens and dozens of options for a salty or sweet breakfast, hot or cold, healthy or unhealthy - the buffet is super fresh and the dishes are tempting to look at) The room (n°47) was absolutely perfectly cleaned, top-notch cleanliness without a single speck awaited us, it can be seen that the maids are extremely careful, we owe them our big thanks for the beautifully prepared room! The room itself is bright and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the sheets are fragrant. Valentina and Phillipa 🪻cosmetics is absolutely breathtaking and the perfect choice for hotel guests. For the first time in my life I was so excited for a hotel body wash&lotion. It smells like heaven! I can absolutely recommend this hotel, they take good care of you here and spoil you with small attentions!🥰 (I have to give a small tiny little insignificant minus to the type of door to the toilet in the room)

    The afternoon check-in staff were very polite and considerate. The room was large, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom and the room were spotlessly clean. We had a Chinese buffet dinner there and it was very tasty, catering for all culinary needs. Breakfast was included in the price and was a good selection of tasty dishes.

    The location is not downtown, but it is ideal with car, it has quite a lot of parking spaces and you can reach the neighbouring places easily. The room was clean and practical, just like I experienced in other Holiday Inn hotels. Breakfast is great, you have a lot to choose from. I especially liked the fine selection of juices.
