We stayed overnight in this beautiful "Gasthof" on our way back from Italy. The rooms were super nice, clean and with plenty of space. The Eppensteiner family was very welcoming and made sure we had everything -- even a great dinner and an equally great breakfast.

A great place to stay for the family. A big apartment with everything needed, a nice kitchen with a coffee machine, a living room with a comfy big sofa and a view on the mountains. The host left such a sweet surprise in the kitchen — champagne, fruit and treats. Huge thanks to her for that!

A really cozy new apartment in Matrei. The big apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom 🚿 with the walk in shower, a big living room with such a great and modern flat screen. The new couch also gives the chance for 3 people to sleep on it. Last but not least a separate room with a double bed. The owner had created a splendid apartment where everyone can feel at home. They welcomed us warmly at the check in and showed up for everything we needed 🤗. Matrei is only 20 km away from Innsbruck and has a good connection also with other cities. Definitely to recommend for a group of friends, a couple or a Family.

"The room was absolutely beautiful and felt very homely, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was lovely.     The apartment is so clean and warm , very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen(except a toaster but its not a big deal, we pan fried our toast bread without oil and its same cryspy). Our stay was perfect for our xmas holiday . The view in front of balcony is beautiful, we had an amazing time. Recommended to visit Bergeralm for skiing or rolling bahn. Trip to Sterzing Italy within 40min drive is truly great. Thank you Werner and Vanessa, hope to be back soon.
