Everything was just perfect! Hotel is very freshly renovated, and is managed by a high-class Austrian chef and hotelier, who runs the property with love, which can be felt in every detail. Ideal location (20-40 mins car drive) in the middle of a number of famous ski resorts - Kaprun/Zell-am-See, Obertauern, Flachau-Wagrain. Just one advice/wish for future - the water temperature in the outside pool could have been just a little bit higher than just 30C, which felt a little bit chilly to stay there for long. Otherwise, the wellness area is quite spacious, comfortable and well-equiped.

We booked a small apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bed in the kitchen-livingroom. The apartment was brand new, clean, equiped with some basic kitchen tools. For few days it is perfect for 2 couple or 3 friends. Design is nice (except bedroom doors), it seems good quality.

We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. Everything was perfect! Breakfast was delicious, but dinner was even better! Room was clean and spacious. There is free parking place in front of hotel. There is also a heated place for skiis and skii boots. If we go to skii again in St Johann-Flachau, we will definitely come back to this hotel!
