Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. "Wonderful Apartment in a Central Location" We chose Villach as our stopover during our 15-day trip across Austria and Slovenia, as it offered convenient train connections. Staying at this apartment turned out to be the perfect decision! 1. Superb location – just a short walk from the train station and very close to the city centre. 2. Beautiful interiors – clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing, which made our stay truly comfortable. 3. Warm hospitality – Daniele and Steffie went above and beyond to make our stay special. From early check-in to small thoughtful touches like providing sugar and arranging umbrellas, they made sure everything was taken care of. 4. Thanks to their kindness, Villach will always hold a special place in our memories of Austria. ⭐ 5 stars for their service ⭐ 5 stars for their hospitality ⭐ 5 stars for cleanliness ⭐ 5 stars for the fully equipped kitchen Special Mention to their open terrace & view from there , It was beautiful !     Excellent location: very near the railway station, and a short walk to the Altstadt centre with restaurants and bars. Beautifully furnished room, enough space, very clean. In the small kitchenette there is everything you need for a short (or even longer) stay. Nice little shared terrace. Very friendly staff, who nicely accommodated to our changing timetable (the train was late).
