The design of the lobby and rooms is very textured. The receptionist at the counter will introduce the city to tourists in detail. Most importantly, if you leave your luggage at the reception in advance, someone will help you take it to the room. This hotel is very comfortable and high quality. I will stay here again next time I visit Belgium.

The apartment was so much bigger than expected and the bed was huge and so comfortable. It's location is right in the heart of everything. Superb stay! Check-In/Out was super uncomplicated. The room was spacious and I felt very comfortable. I enjoyed the neighborhood, which is right around the corner of the canals & has cozy and chill restaurants and bars close by. If I come back to Ghent again I will def. stay here again. I stayed in a mini-apartment with a functional, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was new and clean. All necessities were provided: toiletries, washing liquid, and clothes in the kitchen. The Hotel is within walking distance from the center. It was my 3rd stay in Ghent and the best value for money. Breakfasts with a nice bouffe. The pictures are truthful. What you see is what you get.

I loved the overall look and feel. It is modern, clean, and welcoming, with a brilliant outdoor bar/seating area for a nice drink after a long day of driving. I located quickly just off the main roads. Check-in was smooth, and having stayed in many hotels, I think it's been one of the more memorable hotels to use again. It also has a children's play area just outside reception, which my kids really enjoyed; it also had live chickens!
