What a delightful place that far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location in that it is on a quiet side street in the old town but just meters away from the action. The room (named Michael) was enormous and comfortable. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Hi, me and a friend stayed for two weeks at this property. The hosts was super nice and very helpful, the property is very clean and there is everything you need for a stay. This is also close to grocery stores and the bus stop into the centre of Leuven. I would definitly recommend this place to stay and will stay there again. I was very impressed of the flexibility of the receptionist: They prepared my room quickly, to give me an early check-in, I could cancel my last night for personal reasons. I could see, that they are hardly busy, but still they paid attention to my issues, fulfilling all my wishes an on top exceptional friendly to me and among the team. I could see, that they have a very friendly, playfull and respectfull team-culture.

    Location is just across the street of the main train and bus stations, within 15 -20 walking distance the main square of the city. The room was nice and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had good shower and hair dryer, and everything was very clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and overall the food was great in the restaurant on the ground floor. Wi-Fi worked well, and I had a really nice stay. It is a good place even for several nights.
