5 stars is not enough for this hotel! We had a clean, spacios room with a double teracce with great view on the sea. Staff was kind and made us feel home. The breakfast was amazing, therefore the price of this hotel is amazing, you get so much for your money. The restaurant is great, wide menu, fabolus dishes also very affordable and if you stay in the hotel they even give you discount.

The hotel is located in a great spot in the old town of Nessebar. This allows for nice walks around the area. There was parking, which provided security for my car. The room wasn’t very big, but it was sufficient. It was cleaned every day. The breakfast had a menu to choose from and it was fantastic. The owner was at the hotel almost every day and made an effort to please every guest. An extremely kind and polite person. It's clear that, apart from being a business, he does it with pleasure. This makes a very strong impression.

The location is fantastic! There’s a wonderful pool with a sea view and under the pool there is a bar, on the right side of the pool there is a restaurant. In front of the hotel is literally the beautiful beach. Shops are 5 minutes away. There’s a pharmacy too and a bus stop next to the shops. It’s close to everywhere and it’s really beautiful! The best thing is the host - Elena! Wonderful person - very welcoming and helpful. I’ll definitely be back every summer!

They let us check in earlier as the room was available, which is very nice. We used the day for the beach. The beach was very close, which was amazing, especially having kids with us. I loved the unique interior of the hotel, very friendly staff, who cares about the visitors. Very clean and they came to clean the room daily, took the garbage and fixed our beds.

    We chose a deluxe studio for three nights and we can highly recommend this place. The studio was very clean, spacious and modern with air con. The studio has a very nice balcony too but it is with a restricted view of the sea. The location is great, only a 10-15 mins walk from Nesebar Old Town. The beach is about 5 mins away and there are plenty of shops near by. Our host was friendly and easy to get hold of when needed. The reception staff was also very friendly. We recommend this place!!

    The owner was incredibly nice, flexible and helped us with everything. His sister as well. The room was as on the photos, very clean. The building is also nice and quiet. Very close to the beach and shops, restaurants, really amazing location. If we are ever going back to Nessebar, definitely will chose this place again.

    Unbeatable location in proximity to the beach. Spotless clean!!! We loved that. Staff is very welcoming and smiling and checked us in later in the evening after we were delayed, which we really appreciated. Rooms are very comfy. 5 choices in breakfast. Facilities for children like the playground are a big plus for families. Check out process is very smooth. Included parking was absolutely great!

    Very clean guest house, great location - in the city center, less than 5 minutes walking to the beach, great hospitality! We have booked an economy room and because it's not high season yet, we were upgraded free of charge to Deluxe double room. Everything is made with so much love and attention to the detail. We will be back for a longer stay for sure!
