Nice place if you want to stay in Nassau for several days and don't want to pay $500 per night in resorts. I was staying there for 3 nights and everything was nice. Lynn is very friendly and helpful, she lives at the same house, always there to help with any question. At the same time, apartment has a private entrance and equipped with everything you might need.

The quality of everything was excellent - above expectations. The staff were just SO friendly from check in, round the pool, housekeeping, the restaurant. We've never been to a hotel with such friendly staff Room fittings are excellent and it was really comfortable. USB points by the bed and really fast USB on the desktop. Great Wi-Fi around the entire resort. If you're from the UK be prepared for sky high prices but thats the island rather than the hotel. One night we had a KFC delivery which was $78 !!!!!!! If you go out for dinner a cab each way will be $20-$25 without a tip The pool is the best I've been in in my life (and I'm 73 now). Its 1.3m all over so ideal for me as a non swimmer to just stand in and relax. Views over the beach and the sea. Watch the cruise liners coming in and out. Just perfect The resort is at the right end of the beach as the waves are gentlest and it has the least loose eel grass.

    The location was very good for proximity to the downtown area, great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable and equipped with basic essentials. The breakfast option at the hotel next door was very convenient. Communication with staff and check in was easy, highly recommend- a much more affordable and enjoyable way to holiday in the Bahamas if you don’t want an over priced resort
