The location is absolutely perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away. What really stood out to me was the professional communication from the host. From the reservation process to the ongoing communication during the stay, everything was smooth and efficient. Beautiful, centrally located old house with a lot of charm, style, and history. Evelyne is an exceptional, friendly, attentive, respectful host. I stayed only for one night but was impressed. Staff super helpful and friendly (and multilingual - quite impressive). Great were also the long availability of staff at reception. The place is modern and very nicely furnished. Bus stop, Aldi, gym right outside / next door. Very nice to get complimentary gym access (large, well equipped gym, even a few mountains visible from the rooftop). We had a great time, all in all 10/10.

    Central location. Beautiful building. Cheap compared to other hotels in Bern. Good facilities and very clean and included breakfast. Proprietor was really accommodating and let me store my baggage for the day and gave me a spare key to retrieve it.
