My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible—the best experience I’ve ever had! What stood out the most was the amazing staff and management. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel truly valued as a guest, especially Momo. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The management clearly takes great care in ensuring guests have a perfect stay.     Location was ideal. The breakfast was good but there was only 1 coffee/drinks/milk dispenser so there was always a queue.The superior room was adequate size but the bathroom needs refurbishing-the shower tiles were peeling and there was no lever to adjust the water plug in the washbasin!The reception staff were very good and helpful on our departure date so we did appreciate that.
